1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup drained artichoke hearts lightly chopped
3 tablespoons shredded Asiago cheese plus additional for serving
1 clove of garlic minced
1/2 a teaspoon ground celery seed
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and chopped scallions for serving
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine sour cream, artichokes, cheese, garlic, celery seeds, and white pepper in a medium bowl and stir. Add mayonnaise, thyme, and cayenne and, blend.
Transfer contents to a small oven safe dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 140ºF in the center.
Garnish with Asiago cheese and scallions and serve warm
